At the beginning of this week was Labor Day. It was nice to have a long weekend. But there is always an end to a weekend.
On Tuesday in Intro to Publication we started off a little slow. Many people had to redo any concerned grade or missed works. A few students including myself, learned about RSS and Google Reader, while the others did redo work. I didn't know what RSS was. For the people who don't know it is a feed reader. When I say feed, I do not mean feed as in food. Feed is a kind of like your new feed on facebook.

Wednesday we talked more in depth of this weeks stems. Using the stems are helpful for breaking down colossal words. In class we learned about direct and indirect objects and subject complement. I have learned about these in previous years, but never came to really understanding them.

We were assigned to peer edititing buddies. Then we have to go on our buddies blog and comment/ peer edit. We have had to do that twice so far this week. I really do think that this is helping us on our writing.Later in the week did Thursday Current Events. We have to look up an article on technology that is current! Last weeks I did Apple vs. Samsung and this week I did a continued version of it. I talked about Apples next move in the technology world.! Read my previous blog about it. Enjoy. I am glad I started this current event earlier in Lab because many people we given only 25 minutes to do it.
Also that day we learned about E-mail etiquette. I really never thought about my e-mail not sound professional. I didn't event think I was suppose to send professional e-mails. Very useful information for the future to talk to your Professors.

Aside all of the school work, I can not wait to get into our building! When we get in the school I hope we can decorate the walls with our exceptional work and Spartanize it! YAY! It will finally seem like our own school. A place to hang out and to learn. Maybe at lunch we might can have sweet tea, but that one is still up in the air. I love some Sweet Tea! Thats all for now.
